1. I have ordered a SP Pack Small, Medium, or Large. When will I receive my Career
Points (CP) and my PowerKeys for this order?
The respective number of CP will be counted for your Career as soon as you have paid your
order. You will also receive your PowerKeys when your order is paid in full. These can then
be found in your profile under the submenu “My Purchases” under “Activation Codes”.
2. I have ordered a Monthly SP Pack. When will I receive my CP and my mSP for this order?
The respective number of CP will be counted for your Career as soon as your order is paid in
full. The respective mSP will be credited to you for the moment, but they will only be coun-
ted towards your participation in the myWorld Share Program as soon as you or your custo-
mers make a purchase.
3. What can the SP, which I receive when ordering a Monthly SP Pack or SP Pack Small,
Medium, or Large, be used for?
The SP you receive when ordering a Monthly SP Pack or SP Pack Small, Medium, or Large,
can be redeemed for deals in the myWorld Benefit Lounge. In addition, you can also use
them for your own purchases at myWorld and at myWorld Partners and you can activate the
Shopping Cash option. Moreover, you can forward your SP to customers and Marketers to
encourage them to make purchases.
4. For which purchases do I get Shopping Cash?
As soon as you have activated the Shopping Cash option, you can benefit from Shopping
Cash when purchasing at myWorld and at myWorld Partners – no matter if you have made
your purchases online or offline.
5. When will the mSP, which I receive as a free incentive for an order of a Monthly SP
Pack, be counted towards my participation in the myWorld Share Program?
Your mSP will be counted as soon as you or your customers make a purchase.
6. I want to use the benefits of the myWorld Share Program. What do I have to do
to be considered as “active” in order to receive allocations from the myWorld Share
Cloud?
You only have to order a Monthly SP Pack to keep your “active” status and to receive
allocations from the myWorld Share Cloud in the future.
7. Can I forward the SP, which I receive when ordering a Monthly SP Pack or SP Pack
Small, Medium, or Large, to customers and Marketers?
Yes, you can forward your SP to customers and Marketers to motivate them to make a
purchase. They will receive attractive discounts when redeeming the SP while shopping.

8. Do my SP, which I receive when ordering a Monthly SP Pack or SP Pack Small,
Medium, or Large, have an expiry date?
If you do not redeem your SP yourself when shopping or if you do not forward them to
customers or Marketers, they will expire after three years.
9. What can the PowerKeys, which I receive when ordering a SP Pack Small, Medium,
or Large, be used for?
By linking your PowerKey with the @media box, you have the unique chance to benefit from
the global success of the @media network.
10. I would like to order various Monthly SP Packs, but I can only select a limited
number of items during the order process. Why is this the case?
If you want to combine the different SP Packs within an order, you must take the maximum
number of items per SP Pack into account and you must consider that the order total does
not exceed the maximum of EUR 350*. The same applies to the SP Packs Small, Medium,
and Large, whereby the maximum of EUR 3,000 per order cannot be exceeded and other
limits regarding the maximum number of items apply.
11. Why can‘t I order a Monthly SP Pack?
To be able to order a Monthly SP Pack, you first have to place an order for an SP Pack Small,
Medium, or Large.
12. How many Monthly SP Pack orders can I place per month?
You can place one Monthly SP Pack order per month.
13. What happens with my vouchers (e.g., Benefit Voucher)?
You can optimize the number of your SP, i.e., you will get double the amount of the
respective voucher value in euro in the form of SP. For example, if you still have a Benefit
Voucher worth EUR 50, it will be canceled and you will get 100 SP, which you can redeem
when shopping.
14. What happens with my existing monthly recurring Benefit Voucher orders?
Existing monthly recurring Benefit Voucher orders shall remain valid. You can redeem your
Benefit Vouchers as usual when shopping.
15. Can I continue to use my Benefit Vouchers?
Yes, you can redeem your Benefit Vouchers as usual when shopping.
16. Do I still receive my benefits for redeeming my Benefit Voucher?
Yes, you receive your respective benefits if you redeem your Benefit Voucher when
shopping in the Benefit Store.
17. What happens with my current Benefit Voucher credit when swapping country?
Your current Benefit Voucher credit will remain unchanged.
18. Can I place a new one-time or monthly recurring Benefit Voucher order?
No, please be aware that you cannot place a one-time or monthly recurring Benefit Voucher
order from 10 January 2022 on. Instead, you can order a Monthly SP Pack or an SP Pack
Small, Medium, or Large, and shop to your heart‘s content at myWorld Partners.
19. I still have a voucher (e.g., Benefit Voucher) and want to order a SP Pack Small,
Medium, or Large, or a Monthly SP Pack – is this possible?
No, if you still have a voucher you cannot order a SP Pack Small, Medium, or Large,
or Monthly SP Packs.
